• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged during shipping
• The item received is not as described or incorrect
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a defect or error on our side, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
